Liz Vassey started her career as an actress at the age of nine. She has appeared in more than fifty musicals and plays. During her final season on CSI, she was a co-writer on the show's final episode. Since then she has sold six TV pilots and one TV movie which are currently in development with NBC Freeform Universal Netflix and The CW among other networks as well as studios. Liz is a marathon runner her entire existence. Liz made her debut directorial appearance by directing The Human Race. It is a focus on runners older than fifty. In film and television, Swallow has appeared on both sides of the law, playing detective on Ringer as well as a detective's wife in Southland a bounty hunter on The Odds CBS series The Odds a bank robber on Medium and even a patriotic RV-traveling hooker in The Lucky Ones. She also played an mermaid on Flight of the Conchords as well as the lead in The Rift, the Shana Sosin directed independent film The Rift.
